<p>Now there is a fine example of lopsided overhead costs. &nbsp;It's all grim but at least it's now all out into the open. &nbsp;It's ironic there will be a net increase in EAS positions when all is said and done. &nbsp;(page 5)</p>
<p>A big glaring hole in the AMP is the Service Standard Impact. &nbsp;TBD = To Be Determined and all the relevant data is zeroed out. &nbsp;So, we can assume the decision to go ahead with approval has nothing to do with service. &nbsp; Thought so.</p>
